Steve Downing Actor/Trainer has been dedicated to body sculpting for over 15 years. His passion for health and fitness grows stronger every year.
What does J&J stand for?
"My sons! Joshua and Jaxon. I am also, a proud father of a babygirl; Jade
(we’ll have to work her name in there too one day.)
Running a business, being a husband and father of 3 can get pretty hectic. I’m sure many of you can relate.
But, It is so important to take care of yourself, first, by setting aside time to work on you.
I do it.
Its not easy but it gets done.
One thing, I do not do is, not practice what I preach.
Once we begin training, you will quickly become familiar with the ~built for succuss~ training style that I have created and my infamous words of encouragement.
Ask any of clients; they have a love/ hate relationship with me that keeps them motivated.
I’m here for YOU.
Is it going to be easy?
No.
But neither is being unhappy.
Can you do it?
Absolutely.
The most rewarding part is a healthier new you and being able to look back with pride!
