 -What exactly, is a retreat in a box? 

  Retreat In a Box is a mobile coaching service that provides a holistic (mind, body, soul) approach to everyday wellness. Retreat In a Box (RIB) is purposefully designed to meet you, where you are; mentally, physically and geographically!  We literally come to you.

How does this differ from a traditional retreat? 

A traditional retreat may involve group participation and will usually operate from a fixed model or an “à la carte” menu of pre-designed services. We understand that no two persons are alike and here we celebrate YOU. Our coaching services and toolboxes cannot be recreated or duplicated. They are individually designed, by a licensed healthcare provider, to specifically assist, cultivate and provide all of the tools needed to maintain wellness and mitigate stress/burn out.
